Enrollment and Payment

• You must be at least 21 years old to enroll in a course. (can it be used by any group) 

User Conduct

• You agree to use the Platform and course content in a respectful and professional manner.
• Prohibited activities include:
  • Sharing course content with unauthorized individuals.
  • Plagiarism or cheating on assignments.
  • Disrupting online discussions or harassing other users.
• We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform for violating these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform and course content are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform or course content, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content you create in the course, such as discussion posts or assignments. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display your content for educational purposes within the Platform.

Term and Termination

• These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or us.
• We may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you.
• You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by dispute resolution method, e.g., binding arbitration in at Dharwad.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Platform and course.

Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. You agree to review the Terms periodically and be bound by the most recent version.
